We are a well-established, organised, and openly communicative married gay couple, and are looking for a professional individual to rent our spare master bedroom with an ensuite.
Our 2-storey townhouse is located in a beautiful, gated and quiet area of Labrador and is nicely secure from the road. It is fully furnished with an outdoor patio, 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms (powder room on the ground floor).
Side street parking is available if you have a car.
We are close to public transport, direct to either Helensvale, Southport or SeaWorld. A 10-minute walk away from fantastic promenade and bay walkways, and right across the road from Aldi with fast food restaurants. Harbourtown is a short drive away, as is the Southport/Australia Fair.
