The apartment is situated in a highly sought-after pocket of Gold Coast on the water or five minutes into the main restaurant district of Labrador. We are also a minute walk to the bus, making getting around Gold Coast without a car a breeze. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms . Super large bedroom available comes with a built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan , aircon and your own ensuite.

The open living, dining and kitchen area is a great space for us to all relax in and socialise, with views to the water from the living room windows and lovely balcony. 1 undercover car park space around the back of the gated complex. I also have a little extra storage room downstairs in the garage if needed. The home has everything you need including washing machine, and clothes dryer, Its quiet, safe and very clean
