We have 3 spare guest bedrooms, we are looking to renting one of them so you can choose which one would you prefer. Internet, water and general house cleaning is included. Electricity not included. House is fully furnished.

Description of the home
Large open plan home with 2 acres of bushland surrounding it but only 7-10min to Currumbin Alley/Palm Beach. Very quiet and safe street. Potential flatmates will need their own vehicle, as there is limited local public transport available.
We are looking for a short-term flatmate to move in are share this great spot with us.
The house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, very large and bright open plan living room which has been renovated. We also have a large entertainment deck, fireplace and a large pool. Off street parking and a large veggie patch and chickens.
Enjoy a drink by the fire in winter and the day by the pool in summer.

About the occupants
Hey, we are Pete and Gui. Pete is a full-time health project manager and Gui owns his own design and consulting business. We both do some work form home during the week, so our preferred roommate would be someone who doesn't work form home during the day.
We love entertaining at home and the occasional night out. Pete is a fantastic cook so we tend to cook dinner most nights. We also have a passion for growing our own food, and have a large productive veggie patch and our own chickens in the backyard.
On the weekends we always end up doing some gardening or some DIY projects, laze around by the pool or head to the beach with our dog Archie.
We travel regularly, in Australia and overseas, and while not necessary we would love to find a flatmate that could potentially look after our girls (hens) and help water a few plants while we are away.

Description of pets
Archie is a 13 yr old Miniature Schnauzer. He is extremely chilled and quiet, doesn't ever bark. Everyone wants to take him home after meeting him. Being a Schnauzer he doesn't shed hair which helps us keep the house clean and tidy. He mostly lives inside, has daily walks and exercise and means the world to us.
