About the occupants
I'm a 30 year old female and I own the property. I work full time from home running my own business so I am therefore home a lot. I have 2 x dogs (5 year old staffy crosses), they are super hyperactive and love people but well-behaved and stay outdoors. I also have a cockatiel bird who is inside in her cage at night, outdoors during the day. I travel a fair bit, manage a very busy and active lifestyle but super easy to get along with.
