The house is situated in a wide, lush and very attractive street with absolutely no neighbours opposite…just a pretty lake within the walking trails. I’m also located very close to a selection of excellent boat ramps accessing stunning waterways to the ocean. There is enough room via wide gated side access to the backyard to comfortably accommodate a jet ski or boat. It’s an ideal location for boating, jet skiing and fishing lovers.
Super easy access to Coomera Westfields, Costco and M1 on/off access North to Brisbane and South to Coolongatta.

I'm very easy going, definitely don't like to live in other people's pockets or interfere in other's lives & personal business. I'm very happy to interact and hang out sometimes, have a chat &/or drink and also love to do my own thing plus down time.
My housemate is a fantastic, friendly, respectful and super easy going female working in HR. She’s from the UK (got an awesome British accent) and loves weekend nights out & exploring the coast most weekends. She loves to bake and always cleans as she goes, especially in the kitchen and bathroom.
Honesty about your situation (work, pet, intentions about potential visitors and home lifestyle) is a must, especially as that’s exactly what you will get from both of us.
General household expectations based on respect and consideration for each other, personal privacy, the property and our belongings is very much appreciated. 😊
