2 bedroom duplex, however only 1 room would be available. I will be away house sitting for 4/5 months. Electricity, water and wifi included. Three lovely pools in the complex, tennis court and direct access onto the river with plenty of trails. Bus stop out the front of the gated complex. 15 mins to Griffith University and only 5-10 minutes to the Broadwater. There is a 2nd living area in the garage with a couch, fridge and TV.
