Description of the home

I have a room for rent with own bathroom, very clean and fully furnished in Emerald lakes, Avalable in 2 to 3 weeks starting from the day of the approval. It’s a 3 level townhouse, with 2 bed rooms, 3 bathrooms and lake view, fully furnished and laundry. Plenty of street free parking, downstairs modern cafes, food store, and nice lake front restaurants, not far from the Carrara Sport Centre, with gym, pool, golf course, and tennis, and many recreational parks all around great environment for outdoor exercises. Emerald Lakes is central located, only 15 min driving from Broadbeach, Southport, Burleigh, Robina and Surfers.

Preferably long terms, or minimum 6 months, any age, rent can be paid weekly or fortnightly, or monthly, minimum 3 weeks deposit, and if for any reasons you need to leave before the first 3 mths, the deposit won’t be refunded. Has I’m not interested in short terms occupancy.

To home is to share with only my self. Sorry no pets 😞 and preferably not having friends or partners for frequent overnights sleep overs or regular visiting.
