Huge fully furnished (or not bedroom that is) 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house located in the heart of Burleigh, plenty of storage and space to get away. I am not a photographer and trust me it is a lot better in real life.

It really is a great location and I am a well trained flat mate, social at times and respectful of the sanctuary of your own space when required. I am a divorcee with no children, have a corporate role. I love getting out and enjoying what Burleigh has to offer so if it is day light out side you won't see me on the couch.

I am a 49-year-old male, very respectful just moved back from Sydney (12mths). Very neat and organised and shower regularly.

I am pretty social and would prefer an interactive flatmate to enjoy and share the living spaces some of the time. I do need quiet time and respect that others do to. I am away a bit throughout the year for work so you will have the place to yourself occasionally.

I am pretty active and while the couch is comfortable I generally try and get out and about either socialising or some outdoor activity.
