A beautiful 2 bedroom townhouse in a quiet cul de sac. Featuring a large living area with a couch that feels like you’re sitting on a cloud, large kitchen with dishwasher, separate dining, a laundry, a large courtyard out the front and a shared backyard, one bathroom but 2 separate toilets and last but not least it does come with a cute and cuddly 13 year old poodle.
The place is perfectly located, with the complex right on Miami Lake. It’s a short 15min walk from Burleigh Beach, only down the road from some pretty cool breweries, and the Burleigh Bears sports club a 3.45min walk from the front door (I timed it, haha).

We do our own thing food wise, but have a kitty for cleaning products/toilet paper/common goods (coffee) etc.

I love to travel (covid has sucked!!), love to get outdoors and try to stay active where I can (hiking, paddling, swimming, netball) but I also do love a veg and an Netflix binge on the couch some weekends too.
I enjoy live music, walking my dog Jack (he is the absolute best!), love trying new restaurants and really enjoy a bit of diy!
I’d prefer someone who works during the day as for the next 2 months, I am working from home 90% of the time.
He’s very chilled and because he’s old, loves to sleep most of the day but as soon as you say the word “walk” he turns into an energetic puppy. He’s very cuddly and always knows how to cheer you up.
