Description of the home

Resort Style Living 2.5km from Surfers Paradise. Huge apartment which will be shared by three people, but I will be away travelling for most of the year. Only four levels high and designed to be for boutique living, with good gym, gorgeous pool and cafe downstairs.

This is a brand new apartment which is huge. It's technically 4 bedroom, but one bedroom has been converted into an open plan study area. Which I’ve placed a couch in and some furniture to give more space for people inside the apartment.

All of my furniture and belongings are brand new and high quality.

I personally will not be home much, out of a month, I'll be there a few days here and there that's all. So it's basically going to be two people sharing a huge apartment.

There is a gorgeous new pool which is very resort style here, and also a great gym here for residents and cafe down stairs. There's also nice BBQ areas down stairs, it's a gorgeous complex!

I think it's a great area! Close to Surfers, only 5 mins drive away and there's a bus stop only 20 meters from the front door.

The apartment has NBN internet connection.

Social gatherings and having mates over is fine, but this is definitely not the right fit for a party pad.
