I’m looking for a lovely, kind and considerate person to move into my apartment and share this peaceful space with me. A private bedroom and bathroom are available, and I’d love to find someone who enjoys a clean, calm home and values mutual respect and care.

A bit about the apartment and room:
- Your bedroom and bathroom are completely unfurnished, so you can make the space your own.
- The room has a big built-in mirrored wardrobe and easily fits a double bed.
- The bathroom is exclusively yours to use (I’ll just pop in occasionally to use the washing machine).
- The apartment itself is relaxed, tidy and homely – I really love where I live and take good care of it, and I hope you will too.
- There’s plenty of street parking, always easy to find a spot.
- We’re in an amazing spot – only 300m from the beach, close to cafes, parks, the bowls club, casino, and scenic walking paths. It’s such a nice little pocket to call home.

A bit about you:
- You’re someone who is independent and thoughtful, and values a quiet, respectful living environment.
- You’re clean by nature and like keeping things neat and fresh, especially in shared areas.
- You respect personal space and appreciate a chill vibe at home.
You don’t smoke or do drugs.
- You’re okay with sharing the space with my sweet old cat – he mostly keeps to himself but is very much part of the home, so I’d love someone who’ll be gentle and mindful around him.

This is a space that really feels like home, and I’d love to find someone who’s looking for the same – a comfortable, clean and relaxed place to live with open and respectful communication.
