About Me:
I’m a dog handler, so you’ll often find a furry friend around. Unfortunately, I can't have you bringing any additional pets due to agreements with the owner.
We are health-conscious, into organic food, sustainability, and nature. Our routine includes waking up around 5 AM and winding down by 8:30/9 PM on weekdays. We practice sports at least twice a day and prefer a clean, organized space that smells great! Not big drinkers but we enjoy a nice chat with a glass of wine/beer here and there sometimes.
Crossfit, soccer, nature, animals and therapy defines me.
House Rules:
No smoking or parties, but friends are welcome over for dinner on weekends or with prior notice during the week. This is a calm and quiet home, perfect for restful living.
Communication is key! If either of us feels the living situation isn’t working, no hard feelings about moving on.
Living Environment: The apartment offers stunning beach views, so you can enjoy the ocean while showering, cooking, or relaxing in your room.
