Great location, bus stop infront of house which will take you to Southport or to Harbourtown. Short walk to Biggera Waters Metro Market. Runaway Bay Shopping Centre at the end of the street. Harbour Town 5 minutes drive away. Griffith Uni 10 mins drive. Walk to nearby parks, the Broadwater and cafes.

There’s only one person you’ll share the house with…I’m in my 50s, polite, friendly, person. I work in a specialised finance team in body corporate management, mostly in the office, sometimes at home. I enjoy walking to the beach, coffees out with family and friends. I like a wine and chat, I enjoy music, movies. I enjoy candles. I would like to read more and to cook new dishes but for now as it’s summer I spend a lot of time keeping the yard maintained. I’m looking forward to welcoming a new housemate to bring life into my home and calmness, comfort into theirs.
