3 Bedrooms are upstairs of which 2 bedrooms which are occupied, room #1 (Australian student whos been here 2 years)& the smaller studio room #2 (Griffith Uni student from the Soloman islands been here 1 year) both are female 22 years old.
And one room thats available is the large bedroom #3 which is very private and the other end of the hallway, next to the bathroom. The perfect room for a student.
