Hi there,
I'm looking to fill a vacant room in my house in Mount Duneed (3217).
The room currently has a bed frame and mattress however I can sell these if they are not required. The main bathroom will primarily be yours only except when other guests are here. The second living room is available to you too. A desk can be placed here if required.
The Armstrong Creek Town Centre (including supermarket, doctors, post office, gym etc.) and the Waurn Ponds Train Station are a short 5 minute drive away. Geelong CBD or Torquay are about 10-15 minutes away.
