About the occupants
You will be sharing with me, a non-binary, 50+ university researcher and VET student. I am the homeowner and work both at home and in the office. I can often be found writing.

I love quiet solo time and also socialising over dinner or TV in the evening. Happy to share vegetarian meals, or cook for myself. Love gardening.

The house is disability and LGBTIQA+ friendly. Children and pets are welcome by negotiation. I have a working with children check. This is not a party house.
Compatible people
Residents must be LGBTIQA+ friendly. I am looking for people who are quiet, clean and respectful of personal space, but also happy to socialise sometimes over dinner, board games or TV in the evenings and weekends.
Description of pets
The neighbour's cat often visits and is a welcome part of the home, but can also be kept to my room / outdoors, to avoid allergies and other pets.
