Room can fit a queen bed but it’s much more comfortable with a double. We are seeking expressions of interest for rooms in our house. We will be renting out all the rooms but looking to do so individually. So open to couples and groups.

Bond is one month rent and we would like the rent to always be at least two weeks ahead so six weeks upfront. Open to discussing this if needed and for groups we may offer a different option. Up to 12 month lease available but also open to discussing long term arrangements particularly for groups.
We would consider renting the house as a whole but would be a longer lease and we would be looking for a good offer in price due to current interest rates.

We do have some furniture that can stay in the house including a tv, washer and dryer and a bed available if they are wanted otherwise we can remove them.

This is the master bedroom of the house. Fits a king bed quite well but definitely more space with a queen: walk in robe with draws, shelf and hanging. Own ensuite with shower and toilet separate and extra cupboard storage. Has tv port and plenty of PowerPoints.

We are looking to rent out the rooms individually but open to groups as well.
