About occupants
I'm Claire, I'm 44 and I own the apartment and currently live alone (though my partner does stay here sometimes). I am currently working part time from home. I like hiking, camping, board games, Latin dancing, live music (and music generally), yoga, languages. When I'm at home I like having people over for meals (I enjoy cooking), playing records, reading, and doing bits and pieces of home improvements. Otherwise I love getting down to the foreshore regularly in the evenings for walks and picnics. I like getting out and about and do travel down south semi frequently to see family.
Compatible people
I'm looking for a flatmate who is self sufficient, tidy and relatively quiet and does life "in moderation". It might sound rude, but given I work from home a couple of days a week, probably someone who works away from home would work best for the dynamic of the space. I'm open to hanging out for sure and sharing meals as it arises, but like to live fluidly.
