Heritage home with front and back decks and views of hills from the front. 4 bedroom house to share with professional female aged 45 and a large well-behaved dog. I'm moderately social, but also need a fair dose of alone time. Study area available. Wood floors. Older style and shared bathroom and kitchen (plan is to add an extra bathroom, just not the budget for it yet). Room is furnished and can come with a study space. Meat-free house, would best suit an employed vegetarian non-smoker. Veggie garden. 20 mins drive to Civic in Canberra. 18 min drive to ANU. To share with one full time employed person (owner) and one large dog.
