Hello everyone who is interested in an accommodation for 2.5-3 months from 19 June 2025 (dates are flexible). It is available for $450 a fortnight.

Our apartment is located in a very nice, green and quiet area in Watson, close to Mount Majura. It is a 5 minute walk from the bus stop and within a 15min drive to the Civic. Watson shops and also all the facilities in Dickson suburb are within 5-7min drive from our place.
I am leaving overseas and this is my master room which is available for this time. The other room is taken by an ANU PhD male student, who is quiet, responsible and tidy.
It is on the ground floor in a 2 storey block of flats. It is equipped with a new electric stove and washing machine. It has 2 big balconies, one overlooking the courtyard with a tennis court and a swimming pool, the other –a beautiful green space surrounding our block of flats.

Bills and expenses
