We are located in Kambah. We are 3 minute drive from the shopping centre at Kambah Village or a 15 minute drive walk. We are a 13 min drive to the city , 7 minute drive to Woden and 10min drive to Tuggeranong. We have a bus stop at the bottom of our street which is approximately a 6 min walk. We live in a quiet street with views of the mountains. We are dog owners so you must like pets being around. Dogs stay downstairs with us. Room for rent is upstairs with private lounge area and private study. Shared bathroom and toilet with one other Person.

My husband Michael (64 years old) and daughter Ava ( 20 years old) live in this home. My daughter is studying at CIT in interior design. Both Michael and I work full time.
Compatible people
We are a social family so we are hoping to find someone who doesn’t mind a catch up now and then. We do appreciate your privacy though and will ensure you have your own space upstairs in which to relax and spend time uninterrupted.
Description of pets
Friendly gentle dogs. Bark when people arrive but settle once they are in the house. They sleep in our room and are not permitted in the rented area of the house
