Hi my name is Wendy - I have a room to rent in our home which will suit a student. I am a 53 year old woman and have beautiful cats named Elijah and Nicklaus.
I work in as a public servant in Education.
I have hosted students (including international students) and boarders for more than 5 years so I am used to opening my home up!! I would love to hear from you.
My home is located on the Belconnen Golf course area in Holt and is peaceful and picturesque. There is visitor parking in the street.
The property is a 10-minute walk to Holt shops, a 20–30-minute walk from Kippax and there are bus stops within 400 metres.
