About occupants
I'm Tony the owner, I'm 58. I work full time for local Government in Belconnen. Works from home a couple of days a week. I'm a homebody and potter round the house and garden. Watch netflix etc. I'm into gardening, indoor plants, crafts and sewing. I'm also into Sci Fi and fantasy stuff. I'm very easy going and have a great sense of humour. I love travelling and occasional weekends away.
The other roommates are easy going, one doing PhD at ANU and other in construction.
We do our own cooking and clean up after ourselves. The bathroom has seperate shower, toilet and vanity/bath which you will be sharing with 2 others as i have an ensuite.
There is a self contained garden flat on the property too. My tenant is in his early fifties We share the backyard.

Description of pets
I have 2 energetic staffy cross 2 year old pups. They are still learning their manners and can be a bit of a handful when they get the zoomies. They both sleep next to me so are mostly quiet at night. Also have two indoor/outdoor cats.
