We have a beautiful, spacious and comfortable home that meets minimum energy efficiency standards, close to many great features in Gungahlin. We are close to bus stops, there is a lovely pond a few minutes walk away, and the Casey Market town is just down the road. Available to enjoy at the house is an outdoor entertainment area featuring a large deck, outdoor entertainment, jacuzzi and pizza oven. The room to rent includes it’s own ensuite, split system aircon and heater, and lovely shutters on the windows. We can provide a desk, chair, bedside table and tallboy.

We are a couple in our 40s with a ‘tween’, a dog and a cat looking to rent out a spare room. We both work fulltime and are generally homebodies who enjoy relaxing watching TV, enjoying a drink on our gorgeous back deck, making pizzas in our backyard wood fired pizza oven, or having a soak in the jaccuzi.
