A room for rent in a modern, well kept townhouse in Bruce.

The layout is perfectly set up to be a share house with bathrooms between the two bedrooms. You will have your own bathroom. There is ducted air conditioning and heating to all rooms in the house.

For your convenience, the common areas of the townhouse are fully furnished including kitchenware and all appliances (washing machine, dryer, fridge, etc.). Your room is currently unfurnished. However, it can be furnished upon request.

You'll have exceptional access to public transport. R9 rapid bus service to Dixon or Belconnen at the bottom of the driveway. The bus stop for the R2, R3 and R4 rapid bus services to the city are only a casual 4 minute stroll away. City, Dixon and Belconnen are only 15 minutes by bus.

There are several cafes and Asian eateries, GP clinic, dentist, local IGA and day spa (highly recommend!) within a couple of minutes walk. Bruce Ridge and Black Mountain bush reserves are also close by if you are a keen mountain biker, trail runner or bush walker.

There is also space for your car in a tandem garage which is accessible by internal stairs.
