Bills and expenses
Our home is all bills included ☺️ we're all paying a little extra rent every week that goes into the house account and all bills get paid from that account. Out of the house account we pay all the usual bills (water, gas, electricity) plus a cleaner (usually once a month) and a pool maintenance person.

Hey! I'm Alisa, 35 and I am a freelance digital designer. I work from my room, so there are times when I’m home a lot during the day. Outside of work I love nature, day hikes, hula hooping and recently just started doing Muay Thai and loving it! I also go to a lot of festivals so will be away for those a couple times throughout the year.
Sam is 29, works full time as a plumber. On the weekends he loves going out fishing or on adventures in his boat. Sam is also creative and writes beautiful poetry. He’s very handy and you’ll often find him tinkering away on cool projects in our garage.
Our other third housemate is away for another 2 months but her room is currently sublet by Wade who has just moved up from the Sunshine Coast. He has a pet snake named Saturday and he works in Bio Security.
For the future…Emily will come back. She is 35 and the craft queen of the house. She always has many craft projects on the go around the house.
We’re all very friendly, positive, respectful, open minded and easy going :)
