Separate bush path at back of complex with private access. Walk to train or bus for both the city / southbank and Chermside shopping centre a few mins away. Pets in property so unsuitable for more.
2 weeks rent in advance, 2 weeks bond. 2 weeks notice to move. After paying 2 weeks you pay a week later on that day to stay two weeks ahead. Ready to move in 31/08 - room has all furniture currently, can be suitable for one person (preferred working or studying away from home, full time) may be possible for two people short term or person with one child - ask to check details. Parking in visitor area.
Friendly and social we have games, netflix, and a chatty vibe but I am out and about a lot and often quiet at home so if you prefer you own space that's all ok as long as you can say hi, and easily chat about day to day things....
