I am a man in my late twenties, that works full-time. I am looking for a quite lifestyle person who has reliable income. No parties, loud visitors or drugs. However, I am away for work at the moment, so I will not be there for the next 4-5 months.
I don't mind if the person is a smoker, however smoking is only permitted outside.
You will have sole use of the main bathroom and toilet.
I have a very friendly sweet dog, so unfortunately the real estate will not permit any further animals.
The house has minimal furniture that I am happy to share.
The house is in walking distance to the main shops and enormous parkland.
