We are offering 1 room for long-term rent in the upper level of our dual-living house for employed responsibile respectful sober tenant.

Please note we have kids and live in a separate apartment downstairs (away for a few months since March , friends couple are staying downstairs - very neat and looking after property backyard and pool).

Unfortunately we don't allow any pets and kids under 7yo.
