Hi there were are looking to rent upstairs. its a 4min walk to woodridge train station and 5 to shops. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom/ laundry, large living room/ kitchen and massive screened back deck with gate at top of stairs. Back yard is fenced and is a shared area. No yard maintenance.
