Located in Westlake - 2 min to local shops & 5 min to Mount Ommany Plaza. Quiet suburb with bus stop around corner if required.
House is fully furnished *including available bedroom* - we can remove furniture if you have bedroom set already. Please keep in mind that the property doesn’t have storage space to hold excess furniture like lounge suites or tables ect. Anything that doesn’t fit in your bedroom will not be able to go anywhere.
Property has 1 dog & 1 cat. Will not be taking in additional pets.
At the property you will have access to all rooms excluding other tenants personal bedrooms. (As expected)
Main area consist of an open plan dining, kitchen & living room. Seperate second living room/ outdoor patio/ bathroom & laundry room.
The house has a steep driveway, pending your car height, there is a landing you can park on at the top of as the garage spaces are spoken for. Otherwise street parking is available- quiet road with local use only.
House is tenanted by myself & 2 females all mid 20’s. We all work full time office jobs 8:30-5pm
*one tenant does work at home 3 days a week*
Most importantly we are not a party house and won’t become one.

Rent, Utilities & Bills are split equally between everyone. No one pays more or less than the other. Internet speed average is 250Mbps download & is unlimited. General cleaning supplies are topped up by everyone as it’s needed (bathroom/kitchen)

Rent: $410 per person, paid fortnightly
Utilities: $50 per person, paid monthly
Water: varies based on quaternary consumption & is divided equally.
Internet: $30 per person, paid monthly

We tend to spend a lot of time at home outside of work hours. Usually out of our rooms - we are a social household & enjoy board games or the occasional movie night with drinks.
In regards to food arrangements - we don’t to mix our meals, sometimes we cook for everyone to pick at, but you wil have your own shelf in the pantry & fridge to keep your food seperate.
Dog- 5 years old… can get hyperactive but always friendly. A little dumb but listens. Outside animal (except in storms)
