It is a lovely unfurnished room (but with a massive walk-in wardrobe), a ceiling fan and air conditioning (which we haven't really needed). The room has three windows, so it gets a decent amount of airflow.

Be our third housemate in our lovely, newly established beautiful share house in West End (moved in a couple of months ago).
The house is a two-level Queenslander that has been renovated with 3 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom (and one ensuite), the kitchen has plenty of cupboards and has everything you need. House has open kitchen/living room, and front and rear decks.

It is only a two minutes’ walk from café’s and shops on Hardgrave and Montague Rds, with a bus stop 10m away. There are a few off-street parking spots if you have a car.

Please ignore furniture in pictures, this was previous tenants - we're still unpacking and arranging but you get the idea.

We're looking for a housemate over 35 or 40 years young.

We can't take on pets or couples sorry.
