Two-bedroom unit, you will have the larger of the two bedrooms, we will share the bathroom/loo. It is located in a gated community with two swimming pools and a tennis court. Approx 200mtrs from Woolworths, maccas, BWS, Aldi, pharmacy, plus a myriad of other retail stores. Bus stop approx 50mtrs away. Bray Park, Strathpine and Lawnton train stations a couple of k's away by bus. Complex is very very quiet. I have been here 5+ years. The room will have a queen size bed (you will need your own bedding), mirrored dressing table and small desk if you need them they can be removed to leave empty room.,

Occupants Description
I own a campervan and will be away traveling a fair bit so roommate will have run of the place when I'm away.
I'm pretty easy to get along with. Having said that I'm very much an introvert and do enjoy time on my own.
I have one son he is 27, he visits once a week for dinner.
