Large master bedroom for rent in 3 bedroom house in The Gap

House is situated in leafy quiet street, lots of nature vibes with mountain views. But only 15 minutes from the city and close to public transport and shops.

The house has just been renovated, has a large terrace and backyard, BBQ, hammock and lot's of space to chill.
The room itself is quite large and furnished, but you're welcome to bring your own furniture and it has air-conditioning.

You'll be sharing with me, I'm Matt :-) Moved to Brisbane a few months ago. I'm into art, live gigs and miss the beach so I like to head down the coast surfing/skating on the weekends. I'm after someone is chilled, can pay the rent and clean up after themselves.
