Description of the home

The apartment overlooks the Brisbane River with an absolutely stunning view of the river and Bulimba. There is a lap pool and BBQ area. It is fully furnished with brand new appliances, white goods and furnishing. Your room will have a bed, mattress, bedding, bedside table and lamp. You are welcome to add whatever else you want in your room.

A basement carpark for 1 car is available to use if you have a car. The ferry terminal is just 3 minutes walk and there are several bus stops within 2 minutes walk. Woolies is about 5 minutes walk. Across the street are many cafes and restaurants and our balcony looks out at the boardwalk, lap pool, river and Bulimba.

There is one bathroom with a shower/bathtub. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

Apartment furnishing is modern scandi.

Unfortunately, pet is not allowed in the lease.

You will need to be approved by the real estate agents and landlord. Deposits will be 2 weeks rental + 4 weeks bond.
