The house is set down from the street for privacy and sits on a just under 1/2-acre block nestled amongst trees and only a short walk to Toohey Forrest giving the feeling of tranquility, a piece of country only 6 kms from the CBD, close to Griffith University Nathan, Cafes, Supermarket.

I am looking for a quiet, happy easygoing no drama single housemate Male or Female NO COUPLES must be full-time employed or part-time working student to share with easygoing relaxed mature female and 24yo male, you will need to be someone who is happy to do their own thing catching up for a chat here and there as we both are busy.

I have a beautiful big Rottweiler who protects the house and the people living within so you will need to be comfortable around large dogs, he is trained. he is a mobile security system with a job to do to protect the house and the people inside, so any visitors happy to have them come to see you although I will need to know in advance to ensure their safety.
