Description of the home

Our home in Tarragindi has a charming and mature character with a spacious floor plan. The living room is comfortable with carpet and a large couch. The kitchen is large and easily caters to 3 flatmates. The home offers multiple spaces that allow each housemate to find their own space/s.

Guy is an international student who is in his final year of a bachelor of sound design. He is a passionate cook who is often willing to share a meal together. He has a busy work-load, between university and his profession as a sound technician. He likes to watch movies and keeps a clean living environment.

Jye is in his final year of a doctorate in micro-biology, specifically Malaria drug research. He enjoys designing aquatic environments, through the use of fish tanks and has an in-depth knowledge of various hip-hop, rap, and other world music artists.

The 3 of us have lived together for roughly 1 year and have maintained a democrated and harmonious living environment. Where each of us has respected our shared spaces.

Bills and expenses

Between the 3 flatmates we have split the bills evenly. Wifi is $24 each, monthly, and electricity is roughly $150-$300 quarterly depending the time of year (i.e. air conditioning).
