The room for rent is light and bright, has a double wardrobe and a ceiling fan and can be available furnished (with queen bed) or unfurnished.
Besides the room for rent, there is another spare room (for the occasional guest) and a second lounge/study area. The bathroom is split into three rooms - one with a shower & bath, a separate toilet and separate vanity area.
Entertainer's kitchen with all new appliances, spacious, quiet and sunny lounge area.
A fully fenced private backyard and a double garage with additional off street parking.
Bills to be shared (approx $25 pw): unlimited nbn wifi ($10 pw), power (approx $10pw) & water (approx $5 pw). Food additional.
Smokers are welcome (but smoking only permitted outside). Currently no pets at the home, but your cat or dog is very welcome to join you here too (so long as they are house trained).
Within 5 minutes drive to Hyperdome. 5 mins walk to local shops including a cafe, takeaways and Bottle-o. 10 mins walk to a bus stop.
