Description of the home

The house is quite large and comes fully furnished, apart from your room. The photos are from the internet so the furnishes are different from those shown.
One of the rooms is set up as a home office, there is enough space for you to set up in there too.
There are decent city views in the evening and there is plenty of space to entertain.
There are two toilets but there is only one bathroom.
Plenty of storage space under the house.
I do not use the garage at the front of the house. Happy for you to take it.
There is also an additional garage at the back of the house.

I would prefer to split the bills evenly but am happy to discuss other options if that doesn't suit you. There is solar on the house so the electricity bills are small.

You will have the property to yourself half the time as I work away (14 days away, 14 days at home).

Pretty easygoing FIFO Fire fighter. I work away for two weeks at a time and am home for two weeks.
I like to keep active with training, camping, and hiking when I am back.
I also love to cook and am happy to share meals (it will save me from having to throw food out when I have to leave for work).
I keep the common areas clean and tidy and am looking for someone who would do the same.
I don't mind a drink and a BBQ out the back but am not looking to have a party house.
I'm open to discussing anything in the ad that doesn't suit you and see if there is an alternative that would work better for both of us.
