Fully furnished 1 bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe. 1km walk from St Lucia UQ and roughly 3km to Toowong village. Bus station right out the front for easy of transportation.
Decent sized balcony for any occasion! Morning coffees! Afternoon wines! Or to chill ax with a few friends!
Currently is $300 a week not including bills, we have just signed another lease for 12 months in September the rent goes up to $325 a week.
You will be sharing the place with another girl in her 20’s who is very easy going. Works full time and does her own thing, doesn’t mind a social conversation but respects privacy as well.
The household is very relaxed, we don’t have any house rules. We are all adults if we make a mess we clean it up, you pay rent so your entitled to have some friends over. Obviously just being respectful of times and noises of other tenants in the complex.
Plenty of room for you to relax on the couch with our 70inch flat tv, soak up some sun on the balcony or just have a relaxed day in your room!
The best coffee in town just next to the complex, 2 min walk for pizza and sushi!
Or cheeky wines at the local wine house right next to us as well.
Looking for someone who has shared with room mates before and understands the shared cleaning responsibilities and cleaning up after them selves.
Move in date is as soon as your approved by the realtor: meaning you need to provide proof of income and previous rental history.
