Gracewood House has been set up as a Christian Share House to provide a warm and comfortable living environment.

Located in the heart of Springfield Lakes, it is within easy-walking distance of the Orion Shopping Centre, the University of Southern Queensland and the Springfield Central train station.

The Single Bedroom currently has a comfy bed with a plush mattress. There is a bedside table, built-in wardrobe, desk and chair, ceiling fan and mirror. It is fully furnished with a lockable door, bed linen and towels. You have your own air conditioner.

You also have your own refrigerator and dining table within a fully equipped spacious kitchen and large pantry where you have your own shelf.

There is a shared bathroom with full-length bath and separate shower and there is a separate toilet. The laundry offers a front-loading washing machine and dryer.

Cleaning duties are shared amongst the house residents along with maintaining the gardens.

This Single Bedroom is available for $250 per week. The rent includes all bills such as electricity, water, gas stove and hot water, and high-speed internet.

Rent is in advance with two weeks’ notice to leave.

Bills and expenses

Electricity, Gas, Water and Unlimited Internet are included along with cleaning products. Provide your own toilet paper and washing detergent only. Each resident provides their own meals. Generally cooking is not shared unless a special event is organised.
