2 minute walk to bus route 533 (circuit) which goes straight past USQ Springfield campus, Mater Hospital and Orion shopping centre. 3 minutes walk walk to expansive new park and walking tracks. 5 minutes walk to local shop and gym.
This modern, furnished home has a large family room, kitchen area and separate media room. Lowset house with large backyard patio with sunrise views is a great place to relax.
Many features include ducted air conditioning and fans in all rooms, huge 5 burner gas stove and (if you want) your own separate fridge in the garage.
All furniture, cooking utensils, plates and linen is here if you need them. There is a second large fridge in the garage which you can share with Walter.

Then there’s Gavin. He is Greg’s best mate. He thinks he is funny too. 🙄 Gav and Greg both work full time and mostly from home. We live close to Rowena’s family and often spend time there with the grandies.
We have a music corner in the lounge and a great Yamaha sound system with record player, so bring your vinyl music. We don’t play loud and are respectful when we turn on the music or break out the guitars.
And Walter joined us a few weeks ago. He is a young guy from country Victoria. Nice, funny and respectful. We all get along really well.
