150m to bus stop, 8 min walk to train (20 mins to city).

Very close to QE2 Hospital and Griffith Uni.
Quiet (dead end) St with friendly chilled neighbours.
Fairly new carpet in the bedrooms with modern kitchen and floorboards throughout.
Fully fenced back yard, so pets are welcome.
Space for two cars or three small ones, plus there is plenty of room under the house alongside my motorbike.
I live in Melbourne and will be back every 2nd weekend to see my kids; we usually stay with family on the Sunshine Coast when I'm up, although I may spend the odd night at the house.
