I’m looking for someone to take over my half of the lease in a chill and peaceful 2 stories 3 bedroom townhouse in Richlands.

If you are sick of living in an over-crowded share-house with zero privacy, limited personal spaces but full of noises & dramas, you will find a great peace in your mind here.

- available on or after 17th December (moving date negotiable!!)
- Rent: $310 p/w, bills/internets excluded (to be shared half with your housemate)
- Bonds: 4 weeks
- Room: Unfurnished Queen bedroom (queen bed arrangeable), A/C & ceiling fan, wardrobe
- House: 2 stories townhouse in a safe complex, 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms + 1 additional toilet, secure lock-up garage, spacey living room & kitchen area, courtyard space
- Lease: Current lease runs until 27 April 2026, with the option to renew

- Your Flatmate: late 20s male - professional working full time, quiet and respectful – not a party household, minimal visitors
- Ideal tenant: tidy, respectful and reliable

the living room furniture (including the TV, lounge, outdoor dining table) & kitchen appliances will be leaving with me, so there’s space to bring your own.
