Will post updated photos of upstairs over the coming weeks when current roommate (my niece) moves out. You will have the entire upstairs to yourself which includes 3 bedrooms, study nook, living area and your own bathroom.
Do what you wish with that space. It is completely unfurnished.
The bathroom is slightly outdated and we have gas hot water so it does take a while to get that hot water kicking in.
There is no aircon upstairs but ceiling fans in each room. I am looking at getting aircon installed over the coming months.
Bills are on top of rent : internet, gas, electricity and the lawn mowing.
Downstairs is my room, lounge room, my open plan home office, kitchen and laundry. I generally spend most my time in my home office and bedroom. I’m no chef but get EveryPlate delivered each week. I never go upstairs that is all yours :)
The street is a quiet culdesac and everyone is polite. It’s a lot of families so not a crazy party area.

Seeking a house mate (preferably male) who works full time and not at home business hours, due to me working from home. I do not care what sexuality you are, I welcome fellow neuro spicy folk however I am a feminist who can and will be outspoken on certain topics. I’m not looking for couples, just a single person.
About Me:
I am a 40yo workaholic who works from home and one day a fortnight in the office, I often also do overtime on the weekends as well. I have raging ADHD and spend my spare time doing one of two things, firstly, chasing dopamine via a range of hobbies (hence why the bottom floor resembles an indoor jungle the garage is full of my art and plant supplies). And secondly, completely burnt out and hunkering down in bed binge watching true crime or medical drama shows.
I am by no means an overly clean person, but every Sunday I do my cleaning to reset for the new week.
My home office is open plan and right under the internal stair case so having someone who works for home as well may be too difficult to manage with noise as I am on phones and meetings all day.
I don’t like silence, I always have music playing. Some days I am sooo drained I am not overly chatty and will make dinner and rot in bed.
I am low key border-line boring, so my weekends are sleeping in, tending to the indoor jungle, working on my hobbies, walking Chuck, drinking copious amount of coffee and working some more.
Chucks full name is Chuck Bass, he is named after a character from Gossip Girl character #iykyk Like that character he is a charming ladies man (saying that he doesn’t discriminate he also loves men), and he has a personality that is larger than life. Chuck is an indoor doggo and occupies the ground floor with his mum, where he spends his day snoozing away. He is 98% good boi and you will only ever see his dark side when another animal dares to come near the house (and by dark side I mean the only time he barks). For this purpose no pets.
Chuck is a large dog, who takes up space and like most dogs emits magical fur fibres and often brings in the half the grass in the yard after his sun baking. However, he knows his space is only downstairs and a baby gate restricts him from going upstairs, unless you want a 54kg dog in your bed :p
His human is responsible for cleaning the floors downstairs regularly as Chuck is responsible for 90% of any mess.
