Have your own bedroom and bathroom, plus an additional room for your own office or hang out space!
The property is a 4 bedroom house with a large yard located in Ipswich Qld. The communal areas are great spaces with lots of windows, natural light, and air-conditioning. There is a double garage which is currently used for storage and a home gym equipment.
The cost is $360 incl bills and will give you 2 moderately sized bedrooms plus your own bathroom. Bills include unlimited internet.
The bedrooms are large enough to fit a queen. All rooms have built-ins, a window, and ceiling fans. The rooms are also located at the end of the house and offer a good level of privacy. A queen bed and side table is available if required.
The house is located less then 5 mins from Woolworths, 10 mins to the Orion Springfield shopping centre, and the same to the closest Train Station.
Move in would ideally be late April or early May.
The house is shared with indoor only cats and a dog who is indoor/outdoor. All are super friendly, clean, and love the company of good humans. Bedrooms are off limits to the animals unless you want their company.

I generally spend my time between working, meeting up with friends, and just being at home with my pets. My house is generally quiet or I have music playing as I go about my day.
The vibe in my home is very chill - lots of natural light, cats lazing about, the dog nearby, and lots of house plants. I'd love to find someone who also enjoys this vibe and brings good energy with them.
Sharing some similar interests would be helpful but not a must. Must enjoy the company of pets though.
Looking for someone with a drama-free approach to life who doesn't mind sharing the household and yard work. I believe in helping each other out i.e. you cook and I clean up or vise versa.
It would be great to find someone who is happy to chat and hang out but is also comfortable saying they want to hang out alone.
I also have rescue cats - inside only, house trained, friendly and snuggly.
Parts of the house can be closed off to reduce access to rooms.
