Description of the home

We live on a quiet street a short walk from Toombul train station, and a roughly 10-minute drive to the airport and Brisbane's only 24-hour Woolworths at DFO.

This single-storey, four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is actually quite big.

For starters, the driveway can fit four cars; we use the two-car garage for our personal car and my work cars.

The front room of the house is a formal dining room and sitting room where my partner's workspace is. Moving further back there's the kitchen and breakfast room, followed by the main living room.

Naturally, any housemate would be free to use the common areas but we'd like to offer not only a bedroom but also a study, at no extra cost, if you want to have your own living space/WFH space. By the way, my partner and I have our own ensuite, while there's also a bathroom, complete with shower, next to the garage, in addition to the main bathroom and separate toilet.

There's also a backyard, a big entertaining area, and two separate porches.

The entertaining area features a barbeque and a pizza oven. We don't throw wild parties but will occasionally have a few friends or family over; the entertaining area is ideal for this.
