There are 2 bathrooms , One with a shower over a bath and the second has rain shower.

I would consider a couple for the larger room but would increase the rent and keep the smallest room as a spare room.

Move in date is also flexible as my current housemate is moving out now so the room can be ready earlier. ( new lease starts on 10th August).

The location is the best!
