Description of the home

The house has a lush resort vibe with lots of green, plenty of privacy and lots of spaces where you can have time to yourself or enjoy the house with others. The pool area is great for having friends over. Downstairs i have my office, which converts into a spare room for your guests. The laundry downstairs has plenty of storage space and the outdoor bath is lush in winter. The house comes with every appliance you can imagine.

The bathroom is freshly renovated and is shared with Marnie.

We’re looking for someone who is looking for a home, not just a share house. We have a cleaner for the big cleaning tasks, but also want someone that will clean up after themselves and be considerate of others.

Bills are $230 per month and that includes
- cleaner each fortnight
- pool and yard maintenance
- Netflix
- high speed internet
- electricity & gas,
- cleaning products and the basic shared stuff in the house.

We do it as a set price so it makes our collectives lives really easy and i handle the payment of all bills
