Modern, Peaceful Townhouse in Prime Morningside Location

Tucked away on a quiet street, this stylish townhouse offers the best of both worlds — peace and privacy just minutes from the action.

You’re only a few minutes from Bulimba’s Oxford Street and ferry, 12 minutes to the CBD, and 12 minutes to the airport. With Morningside Station, great coffee spots, and gyms all within walking distance, it’s the perfect base for a grounded, convenient lifestyle.

This home is ideal for a quiet student or busy professional who isn’t into partying. We don’t drink at home and value a peaceful space, where everyone respects each other’s privacy and rest.

Please note: The room is unfurnished, and you’ll need to be comfortable with dogs — I have a large, quiet dog who mostly keeps to himself or stays close to me.

As much as I love animals, unfortunately we can’t accept any more pets.

About occupants
Hi, I’m Marty — a focused, respectful guy who works part-time from home and values a clean, quiet, and peaceful home.

I enjoy the gym, good coffee, and hanging out with my friendly dog. I don’t drink and live a pretty grounded lifestyle.

The other housemate studies part-time and works in hospitality in the city. We both enjoy our private space, a good chat here and there, and mostly come and go living our own lives.
Compatible people
A great flatmate is someone who values respect, communication, and shared responsibility. The personal qualities that are important to me include:

1️⃣ Clean and Tidy:
Someone who takes pride in keeping shared spaces clean and organized, even though I have a cleaner who helps out.

2️⃣ Respectful of Boundaries:
Understanding that while I enjoy a friendly atmosphere, I also value my own space and a peaceful living environment.

3️⃣ Quiet and Considerate:
Being mindful of noise levels and maintaining a calm and relaxed home.

4️⃣ Positive Energy:
A flatmate who brings good vibes to the space and is easygoing in their interactions.

5️⃣ Dog-Friendly:
My dog is an important part of my life, so a flatmate who appreciates animals and is comfortable living with a dog is essential (though no additional pets, please).

6️⃣ Works Outside the Home:
Ideally, someone who doesn’t work from home, to maintain a balanced dynamic in the house.

If you have these qualities and are looking for a peaceful, respectful, and positive living environment, we’re likely to be a great fit!
